Insurance and Fees


I am in network with Optum, Providence, United,  Regence BCBS, MHN, Cigna, and Moda.
Please call your insurance carrier to verify benefits. I can bill out of network providers and they will pay a percentage after your deductible has been met. Online payments must be paid prior to session. 

Regular billing rates
Intake session/Initial assessment - $165
60 minute session - $160
45 minute session $140
*This is my full rate and I will bill insurance for you. You may be expected to pay copays or coinsurance at the time of service.
 
 
Self Pay rates
Intake session/Initial assessment - $140
60 minute session - $125
*I do offer a select number of reduced sliding scale spots. Please inquire if necessary.


Clinical Supervision for licensure
60 minute supervision - $100

24-hour notice must be given for cancellations or rescheduling or a fee will be applied.
